Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go, but we understand if you would like to delete your account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be lost. If you would like to proceed, please log in to your account in the Zelos app, and follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Your Profile Page
2. Click on the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the page
3. Carefully read the terms associated with deleting your account before continuing. Then, confirm that you would like to delete your account by typing "DELETE ACCOUNT" in all capital letter and tap the button to proceed.
4. You'll receive an e-mail to the address you used to sign up with, confirming the deletion of your account and all of your user data.

Data We Retain

In order to maintain a great experience for the rest of our community using the app, we retain a small amount of information associated with you when you delete your account. This may include your e-mail address, user ID, device ID, and any other relevant metadata about your choice to delete your account. We do this to make it hard for harmful behavior to occur on the platform, e.g., bots, suspended users creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, etc.
